How can I place my order?
Come on in, we do not do phone or internet orders for anyone but our current clientele.
When placing your order on-line or by phone you can pay with MasterCard, Discover Card or Visa . If you place an order in person at our sales locations (see above) you can also pay with cash or check made out to Computers Made Ez.
Where can I get a computer repaired?
Why, HERE of course.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you live in a state that collects sales tax it will be added to your order. If your a walk in customer here in Oregon then no we do not have a sales tax.
What are my shipping options?
Note: Due to licensing restrictions, orders cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S.

Orders -We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on personal
orders*! All personal orders will be shipped by UPS
Standard Ground* unless another shipping method is
requested. UPS Standard Ground orders within Pennsylvania
typically arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment, but
cannot be guaranteed.
*UPS Standard Ground not available to Alaska and Hawaii - please contact us for shipping options and costs.
You can also choose to pick up your order at our showroom. Note: Items must be picked up within 6 business days from the time you are notified that your order is ready.
We chose UPS for two reasons . . . price and service.
UPS is less expensive!
When a Computer Store employee retired in the fall of 2002 we took the opportunity to reevaluate our delivery method. Upon comparison, we found UPS to be more economical. It provides great services!
UPS provides email confirmation and on-line tracking information in addition to fast, dependable delivery - typically next day for packages shipped within Oregon. The information you provide to us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.
