Computers Made Ez was founded in 1999,I went around to the various computer stores in the PDX and surrounding areas. What I found were shop owners and technicians that liked to talk down to there customers and overcomplicate the problems just to get paid. (I still wonder how they lasted as long as they did?) I have made sure that, that attitude has not been displayed in my shop. We are here to help you and explain to you why your trusted machine has turned on you or gone rouge. We will use as much plain English as possible to make sure you understand what the problem was, or none at all if your the type that does not care.... "Just as long as it works." We do not feel that using big or complicated words make the problem any more solvable, and do not need to justify the charges by making it sound more complicated then it is . I want to treat you exactly as I would want my mother treated, and for you skeptics. I LOVE MY MOTHER!

Computers Made EZ, owned by Jim Cooksey, has done competent and inexpensive work on my computers. I wish there were a store like Computers Made EZ here.
Jim and his technicians are knowledgeable and willing to talk someone through simple operations that are a necessary part of computer maintenance, that an owner can do.

Jim provides computer discussion without hype and when you're finished, you feel that you have learned something valuable. In addition, Jim provides extra-mile service without his eye on the bottom line. I have always felt that I could walk into Jim's store, ask a question and get a good answer, or get a good software or hardware recommendation.
